1. Definitions
1.1 “Company” refers to Heated Mechanical Services Ltd, a registered company in England and Wales, company number 15159649.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual or entity receiving plumbing services from the Company.
1.3 “Services” refers to plumbing and related services provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Company agrees to provide plumbing services to the Customer in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and terms.
2.2 Any additional services requested by the Customer shall be subject to a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services as outlined in the provided quotation or as per the rates provided to the Customer before works begin
3.2 Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with UK law.
3.4 Payment is accepted via credit or debit card and cash – NO CHEQUES (all major cards accepted)
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours notice.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
4.3 Appointments must be booked in advance
5. Warranty and Guarantee
5.1 The Company provides a 6 Month warranty for the Services completed by them, guaranteeing that the work will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
5.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by the Customer or third parties.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of Services.
6.2 The Company’s liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the Services.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 The Customer agrees to ensure a safe working environment for Company personnel during the provision of Services.
7.2 The Company will adhere to health and safety regulations and standards during the provision of Services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes in writing.
